Users usually need to change the process priority only when they are not able to access that program properly as they demand high resources from the system. Method 1: Show processes from all users
Note: This only works for Windows 7, Vista and XP. 1.Make sure you are using an administrator account then right-click on Taskbar and select Task Manager.
